refund policy

At upbound, we provide subscription-based access to digital TradingView indicators. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Products Covered

This policy applies to all products sold on our website, including:

  • upbound SPY

  • upbound QQQ

  • upbound premium (SPY + QQQ)

All products are delivered digitally via access to TradingView indicators.

2. Monthly Subscription (No Refunds)

For all monthly subscription plans:

  • Payments are non-refundable

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time

If you cancel your subscription:

  • You will retain access to the indicators for the remainder of your current billing period

  • For example, if you are billed on January 1 and cancel at any point before February 1, you will continue to have access until February 1

  • After this date, your access will be removed

3. Yearly Subscription (14-Day Refund Window)

For all yearly subscription plans:

  • You are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase

  • Refunds within this period will be issued on a pro-rata basis (based on time used)

After the 14-day period, your purchase becomes non-refundable

If a refund is issued:

  • Your access to all indicators will be revoked immediately

IMPORTANT: ANY DISCOUNTED DEALS (SUCH AS HOLIDAY PROMOTIONS) OR ANY OTHER DEAL WHERE THE CUSTOMER GETS A DISCOUNT IS NOT COVERED BY THE REFUND POLICY.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (for eligible yearly plans), please contact:

support@upboundtrading.com

Include:

  • Your purchase email

  • Order details

  • Reason for request (optional)

5. Access Revocation

Upon cancellation or refund:

  • Access to the indicators will be removed from your TradingView account

  • Continued use after access removal is strictly prohibited

6. Performance Disclaimer

Trading involves risk. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge:

  • Results are not guaranteed

  • Indicators are provided for educational and informational purposes only

  • Refunds will not be issued based on trading performance or outcomes

7. Agreement

By purchasing any product from Upbound, you agree to this refund policy.

Terms Violations

If the customer violates our terms and conditions by reselling or publicly sharing our content and intellectual property – we have the right to terminate the account of that user without refunding anything.
